The following is the process:
1. To apply the hair extensions you section your hair into a straight line.
2. Remove the backing tape from a piece of Tape Hair, and place it under a small section of your natural hair near the scalp.
3. Smooth/press your hair onto the tape using the end of a tail comb, or press firmly using your thumbs. Then take another piece of tape hair, remove the tape and press it over the top of the previous piece. Your natural hair should be " sandwiched" between the two pieces of Tape Hair Extensions.

Note: To ensure a good grip we recommend that you use a fine section of your own hair and make sure that some of the tape can still be seen through the sandwiched hair. This will ensure that when you place the second piece of Tape Hair over the top there will be places where it sticks to itself which give a better grip. Tips of Hair Protects
According to my experience, the following is helpful fo you
1.Do not wash hair too frequently. Wash the hair every 3-5 days with warm water around 35°C. Use mild shampoo, rinse and leave to dry.
2.Dry your hair with good towel, do not roll the hair into the towel. Air drying is recommended. The combs you'd better choose the round with wide-toothed comb.
3.Do not brush hair from the root to end directly and handle gently. Brush the hair starting from end section, first 2 inches to end, then 4 inches to end, then 6, 8, 10 inches etc, higher and higher until you reach the root.
4.For the wavy and curly, use some hair gel to help holding the texture after washing. And it's preferable to do it with fingers.
5.Avoid overuse of hot curlers and flat-irons which will shorten the life of hair. When perming or dyeing the hair, use some nutrition water or protectant.
6.Do not expose the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time
7.Never sleep on humid hair.
8.If the hair is straight, pls straighten it after wash. If it is wave, please put some hair gel for holding this wave.
9.You can perming dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequent, and remember to use the nutrition water. 
10.Do not blows the root of hair extensnion too near with the hair drier.
11.Do not grasping the root of hair overexert when washing
12.Curly wave texture, body wave & deep wave hair need more care than straight hair.
13.Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners.
14.You could use gel or hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
15. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
